For those who can’t make the 2hours hike to Batad, Bangaan Village is an alternative.

It is 2 kilometers further at the junction leading to Batad. In here, one can just stand by the roadside and idle hours gazing at the fascinating environment. A 45 minutes ride from Banaue Town Proper, It will take around half an hour walk from the road to the ricefields.
